We need to cover our tables with something...

I have been going back and forth over the past several months of what kind (color) of linens I wanted to use for our reception. I knew the look I didn't want. I have seen several weddings where the linens are "overwhelming" for the room.

This is our actual reception venue.

 Because the room has such dark wood I think all the white is slightly overwhelming. I knew I had to be careful in choosing the colors I would use.

Looking for a 'Little White Dress' ...am I being too picky?

I have decided that I love my wedding dress, but it is rather large (long) and I think it might be better if I have another option to change in to during the reception. The only problem is, I am kind of picky...

My DIY 'E's..

So far I have decorated 3 out of the 12 or so 'E's that I have bought for my DIY decorating projects for our reception.

The first one is about 12" tall and I first spray painted it black, then used my Cricut to cut out the swirl design and layed the 'stencil' on the 'E' and sprayed over it with the white spray paint.
