After being engaged for 9 months and only having 7 months left until the wedding I finally decided I should ask my bridal party to be in my bridal party.

Two of the girls, my sister and my cousin, already knew they were in the wedding. I asked (read: told) my sister she would be my Maid of Honor a week after the engagement. And I just sent a text message to my cousin asking her to be my Matron of Honor, boring I know.
